The Big Boom features a four-way geared control design including pan, tilt, rotation and telescopic extension which allows positioning lights with ease and comfort in difficult and demanding situations. The 1 1/8″ (28mm) junior receiver and 5/8″ (16mm) baby receiver on the top of the aluminum telescopic column are ready for any lighting fixtures to be securely mounted with the positive locking knobs. Fully folded length is 7.5ft (2.25m) With the telescopic column, the Big Boom can be extended to 12ft (3.63m) to meet the demands for most jobs. Saddlebag style counterweight bag with holding straps keeps it securely attached to the boom and increases boom stability. Ideal to mount on castered wind-up stands to secure an exact position of the light with ease and convenience. The unique mechanical design allows the boom to fold down neatly which provides an ideal solution for storage and transportation.
